These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ginform website (www.ginform.com) and any services you engage Ginform to provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Ginform is a hospitality technology consultancy based in Lomé, Togo, operating as the official and exclusive Hotel Link Solutions partner for West Africa.
2. Services
Ginform provides the following services to accommodation providers in West Africa:
- OTA account setup and ongoing channel management.
- Hotel Link Solutions platform onboarding, configuration, and support.
- Direct booking engine installation and management.
- Hotel website design, hosting setup, and maintenance.
- Rate management, yield management, and distribution strategy consultancy.
- Payment processing setup via Hotel Link Pay.
3. Proposals and Engagements
Services are provided under a written proposal or service agreement prepared specifically for your property. Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only upon written acceptance of a Ginform proposal and receipt of any applicable setup fees.
Pricing, scope, and deliverables are defined in the individual proposal and may vary by property size, services required, and number of channels.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Ginform or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
Hotel Link Solutions is a trademark of Hotel Link Solutions Pty Ltd. Ginform operates as their authorised regional partner and does not claim ownership of Hotel Link intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ginform provides services with reasonable professional care and expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific results in terms of booking volumes, revenue growth, or OTA rankings, as these are influenced by market conditions, property quality, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ginform's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Payments
Service fees are as agreed in your proposal. Invoices are due within the payment terms stated on each invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of managed services. Online invoice payments via this website are processed by SEMOA CashPay. Ginform does not store payment card or mobile money details.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Togo. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Ginform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lomé, Togo, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
