Ginform provides the following services to businesses across West Africa:
- Hotel digital management: OTA setup, channel management, website design, and ongoing support.
- Deployment and management of our Hotel Link technology for accommodation providers.
- Rate management, yield management, and distribution strategy consultancy.
- IT audit, network design and implementation, hosting and disaster recovery, and support service agreements.
- Other related consultancy and support services as agreed in writing.
3. Proposals and Engagements
Services are provided under a written proposal or service agreement prepared specifically for your business. Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only upon written acceptance of a Ginform proposal and receipt of any applicable setup fees.
Pricing, scope, and deliverables are defined in the individual proposal and may vary by business size, services required, and other factors.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Ginform or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
Hotel Link tools are provided by Ginform as part of our hospitality technology offering.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ginform provides services with reasonable professional care and expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific results in terms of business outcomes, as these are influenced by market conditions and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ginform's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Payments
Service fees are as agreed in your proposal. Invoices are due within the payment terms stated on each invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Online invoice payments via this website are processed via a secure payment gateway. Ginform does not store payment card or mobile money details.
